摘    要:电容层析成像传感器的敏感场受多相流介质分布的影响,软场特性给图像重建带来很大困难,为了提高重建图像质量,对敏感场分布进行分析是非常必要的。现以8电极油水两相流电容层析成像系统为研究对象,采用有限元仿真的方法,通过用三角形和四边形两种不同剖分形式对电容敏感场的分析和比较、计算机仿真及实验分析,结果表明利用不等间距的剖分形式可以得到较好的仿真结果,具有较高的精度。

Abstract:Sensor sensitivity field in Electrical Capacitance Tomography is affected by the distribution of multiphase medium, the soft field characteristic brings out great difficulty for image reconstruction, so it is necessary to analyze the distribution of the sensitivity field to improve the quality of the image reconstruction. The object of this paper is major in the research of 8-electrode oil-water two-phase flows Electrical Capacitance Tomography system,, finite element method is used, and the rule of plotting the sensitive field is put forward after analyzing and comparing the result of the sensitive field based on the two different plotting patterns, triangle unit and quadrangle unit. It is proved that the role of plotting the sensitive field is effective and simulation result would be better and precise if adopting unequal interval plotting patterns by computer simulation and analysis of experiments.
