| 摘 要： | 根据Nose-to-Nose校准原理,利用两台50 GHz取样示波器与一台70 GHz取样示波器两两对接,实现了70 GHz取样示波器上升时间与频响的校准,并与传统的扫频法和先进的光电脉冲法进行了比较。详述了70 GHz取样示波器上升时间与频响的校准原理、校准过程及校准结果。

| Abstract: | According to nose-to-nose calibration principle,using two 50 GHz sampling oscilloscopes and a 70 GHz sampling oscilloscope,the calibration for risetime and frequency response of 70 GHz sampling oscilloscope is performed,the calibration result is compared with the corresponding results of swept-sine measurement method and optoelectronic measurement method.Gives the calibration principle,process and result for risetime and frequency response of 70 GHz sampling oscilloscope. |
