摘    要:阐明了四种类型的多模式组合诊断方法及其故障诊断的核心思想。以某导弹导引头的故障诊断为实例,详细描述了基于模糊理论、神经网络和粗糙集理论的三组合模式的诊断过程,并给出了诊断结果;介绍了我们研制的基于不确定性理论和专家系统组合的智能化故障诊断专家系统的应用。研究和应用实例表明:多模式组合诊断技术通用性和鲁棒性强。能够加快诊断速度。降低误诊率。尤其适合于复杂系统的故障诊断,具有很大的工程实用价值。

Abstract:In order to improve the fault diagnosis speed and accurate rate,more than two fault diagnosis technologies were adequately combined to exert their advantages and make up the inherent limitation of single fault diagnosis technology.Corresponding reasoning methods of diagnosis were excogitated and formed the so-called multi-combined technologies of fault diagnosis(MCTFD).Four kinds of multi-combined diagnosis methods and their core thought of fault diagnosis were illustrated.As the fault diagnosis of missile Seekers for example,the process to use the three combined method based on fuzzy theory(FT),neural network(NN) and rough sets theory(RST) was described in detail.Then,the result of diagnosis was given.Further,the application of fault diagnosis intelligent expert system(IES) that we had designed based on uncertainty theory(UT) and expert system was introduced.The research work and the example in this paper indicate that MCTFD is of strong universality and robustness,which can improve the diagnosis speed and reduce the rate of inaccurate diagnosis.MCTFD especially suits for fault diagnosis of complex systems and has bigger practical value in engineering.
