摘    要:介绍了超声纵波多次反射法在固体火箭发动机喷管金属与非金属复合构件粘接界面无损检测中的应用原理,设计制做了对比试块用来考查方法的探伤灵敏度,并对实际样品进行了检测,证明该方法适用于现场检测和阵地探伤。

Abstract:The principle of the ultrasonic longitudinal wave multiple reflection method applied to nondestructive detection of the bonded inferfaces of metal and non metal composite structural parts for solid rocket motor nozzles is presented. The comparasive test blocks were designed and prepared to test the sensitivity of the method. The detections to the practical samples were carried out and the results show that the method is applicable to in situ test and field defect inspection.
