卡环式扭矩测试系统在抽油机上的应用

摘    要:由于抽油机输出轴的不可拆卸性,目前对于其功率的测试还没有合适手段,本文介绍的方法是采用卡环式扭矩测试系统来实现对抽油机功率的测试,介绍了抽油机的工作原理、卡环式传感器的结构、测试系统的软硬件结构以及此方法的应用领域.

Abstract:Because the output shaft of the oil pump can't be dismantled at present,there is no any appropriate method to measure and test its power by using the fixture torqe testing system.In the article,the test method of its power is using the fixture torque test system.The article has introduced the work principle of the oil pump,the mechanical structure of the fixture torque sensor,the software and the hardware of the test system and the application domain of the method.
