座舱盖疲劳试验温度控制技术研究

摘    要:针对某型歼击机座舱盖加温加载疲劳试验要求,应用计算传热原理建立座舱盖及风挡对流加热/冷却试验系统传热方程。本文概述了试验模拟系统温度场均匀性设计以及温度控制方案等关键技术。

Abstract:The convection heating and cooling transfer equation of the cabin and windshield test system is built with the theory of computing heat transfer in order to meet the need of loading and heating fatigue test of heavy fighter cabin.The key technology of how to insure the temperature field uniform is described,and then the design of the temperature control method is also included in this article.
