无人机复合材料结构和制造工艺

摘    要:简述了复合材料在先进无人机应用上的发展趋势,从复合材料力学角度讨论了无人机复合材料结构形式,主要包括层压板结构和夹层结构,此外还对无人机复合材料体系以及设计时应该注意的一些问题进行了探讨.同时,对于两种结构的成型工艺方法进行了阐述,并指出各种成型工艺方法存在的问题以及有待研究的方向.

Abstract:The development trend of composite material is introduced in the advanced unmanned aerial (UAV)application, and the problems in UAV composite material structure are discussed from mechanics. The structure mainly includes the laminate and the sandwich structures. Moreover, the problems that need to be noticed in design are analyzed. The forming processes of two structures are described.The existed problems of each process and the further research directions are pointed out.
