| Abstract: | Flight instructors are undertakers of flight training, executors of tllgnt training taSK and aviation safety. A well-constructed teaching staff is the foundation and safeguard to enhance our university＇s educational pattern of Flight Orientation and Comprehensive Development. Flight instruc-tor education embodies the idea of People Oriented as well as an effective approach for sustainable development of our university. This paper investigates the background and training needs of flight in- structors by random sampling, and puts forward effective training strategies and measures. |
