摘    要:日益复杂的电子产品的综合测试需求,使得传统测试设备的应用面临难题。利用虚拟仪器技术及Lab-VIEW开发平台,开发了一种基于PXI总线的自动测试系统(ATS),从硬件和软件方面说明了系统的设计原理和实现方法,重点介绍了接口适配器的设计和基于专家系统的故障诊断方法。系统具有良好的人机交互界面,在使用过程中运行稳定可靠、测试效率高、使用维护方便。

Abstract:At present ,traditional test device can not satisfy the requirement of avionic device integrative test which is more and more complicated. An ATS ( automatic test system) is developed based on PXI bus which virtual instrument technology and LabVIEW are applied to. This paper describes the methods of design and implementation by the hardware and software. Especially ,the design of TUA (test unit adapter) and the method of fault diagnosis based on expert system are introduced. This system has good man- machine interface. It is steady, efficient and convenient to use and maintenance.
