| 摘 要： | 依据现代装备保障发展的新趋势和装备保障的需求，提出了保障装备体系发展与建设的思路，强调了信息化对装备综合保障的重要性。并分析了健全和完善装备保障训练体制，提高保障人员训练水平的必要性。以达到人-机-环境协调同步发展。
