| 摘 要： | 图书馆流通服务工作是图书馆的窗口，它的服务质量的高低不但关系到馆藏文献资源的开发和利用，而且直接影响到整个图书馆的形象和声誉。在图书馆流通服务工作中引入SERVICE服务标准理念有利于提高我们的服务质量，获得读者对我们的信赖。

| Abstract: | The window work in the library is the circulation service, the quality of which is related to the explorations and use of the library works resources, and it has a direct effect on the reputation and image of the library as well. Inviting the SERVICE standard idea into the circulation service in library is of great benefit to improve the quality of the library service and therefore we can be rewarded with the belief of the readers. |
