摘    要:在获得了零件几何信息和加工参数信息后,实体精加工算法能够自动计算零件在某一个加工方向上所有可加工曲面的球头刀精加工刀具轨迹。采用虚过渡的处理方法,计算实体的曲面等距模型。提出了利用贯穿线对交线进行规整处理,高效地获得无干涉的精加工刀具轨迹。基于实体的数控精加工编程丰富了数控精加工编程方式,降低了数控编程的操作复杂程序度,减少了产生错误的可能性,具有工程实用性。

Abstract:According to the given geometrical solid and the specification of NC machining parameters, the solid finish NC machining algorithm can automatically generate the cutter path code for the finish NC machining. With this cutter path code, the machine tool can complete the finish machining of all surfaces in one machining direction with the ball end cutter. By means of the virtual blending, the geometrical solid offset model is worked out. By using so called 'perforation lines', the intersection lines are identified to form the interference free cutter path code efficiently. The solid finish NC machining enhances the NC programming methods, reduces the complexity of NC programming, decreases the possibility of errors. It has very good engineering practicability. The corresponding algorithm is successfully used to implement the SuperMan CAD/CAM 2000 system at CAD/CAM Research Center of Nanjing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics (NUAA).
