| 摘 要： | 据IATA(1988)统计,80%以上的飞行事故都是由于人的因素所引起的。目前对于"管制工作中人的因素"相关研究正在逐渐深入。心理品质对人的行为无时无刻不存在着影响。对管制工作来说,了解不良心理品质的产生和影响,掌握有效提高心理品质和改善不良因素影响的策略,很值得研究和探讨。

| Abstract: | According to LATA （1988） statistics, more than 80% of aircraft accidents are caused by human factors. It largely stimulates the research work on the effect of human factor in air traffic control. Psychological impact on people＇s behavior exists diffusely. How to combine the human factors in the psychological quality of controllers with ATC, is worthy of study. For the controllers, understanding the adverse psychological impact and knowing the strategy to improve the poor psychological factors is very important. |
