| Abstract: | The electronic reconnaissance satellite is briefly introduced,as well as its application in high-tech local warfare in 21st century.The features and advantages of electronic reconnaissance satellites in electronic reconnaissance domain are discussed,and the key techniques required for the development of new generation of electronic reconnaissance satellites are also given. |
