摘    要:通过飞机导管高温钎焊时Ni-Cu-Mn-Co钎料传热特征的物理模拟,得到了钎焊间隙的控制要素。在运用经典电磁场理论进行热电磁耦合分析的基础上,制定了安装式感应钎焊工艺。

Abstract:By the physics simulation when the solder of Ni-Cu-Mn-Co transferred heat in high-brazing the aeroplane pipes,the factors were attained to control the brazing gap. With the classic electromagnetic field theory,the temperature field that is heated by the high-frequency reaction was forecasted and the set-up reaction-brazing was set down.
