摘    要:提出一种基于QFD/TRIZ/CAD技术融合的创新设计方法,用于复杂多参数模糊系统的最优化设计。首先,基于QFD质量屋,明确关键技术矛盾,然后利用TRIZ的矛盾矩阵、创新原理分析、物场模型、标准解技术确定优化设计的理想解决方案,最终通过专业CAD设计工具完成定量的优化设计。通过微波遥感亮温定标源的优化设计实例证明了QFD/TRIZ/CAD融合技术实现复杂系统优化设计在创新性和设计效率方面的能力。

Abstract:A QFD/TRIZ/CAD integrated technology is preferred to optimize the design of a fuzzy system with complex relationships and multi-variables.Firstly,based on the house of quality in QFD,the key technology contradictions are classified.Then by the contradiction matrix,innovation principle,Su- field model and standard solution technology in TRIZ,the perfect solutions for the optimization can be es- tablished.Finally,the optimization design in quantities will be finished by professional CAD tools.The applications to the microwave remote sensing standard brightness temperature targets'optimization design certified the capacity of QFD/TRIZ/CAD integrated technology from the aspects of innovations and effi- ciencies.
