碳纤维增强镁基复合材料的界面反应和拉伸性能研究

摘    要:采用气压浸渗法, 制备了碳纤维增强镁基复合材料. 实验中分别选用了c.p.Mg, AZ31 和AZ91 三种基体材料进行研究. 分别采用了扫描电子显微镜(SEM) 和透射电子显微镜(TEM) 分析了复合材料的拉伸断口和界面微区. 结果发现, 随着基体中Al 含量的增加, 界面处的化学反应逐渐加剧, 界面处不同程度的化学反应导致了不同的界面结合状态和界面结构.采用纯镁基体时, 界面呈现弱结合; 采用AZ31 和AZ91 为基体材料时,界面处出现针状反应产物, 且界面结合都较强.

Abstract:Carbon fibre reinforced magnesium-based composites were fabricated by gas press in- filtration method.Three kinds of magnesium alloys matrixes were employed.The fractographes of the composites were characterized by SEM,and the interfacial areas of C/Mg were characterized by TEM.The results showed that the reactions in the interracial areas were affected by the content of Aluminum in the matrix.As the increasing content of Aluminum,the reactions became more intensive.Also,the interfacial bonding strength and...
