摘    要:研究并考察了1~#及3~#铝粉对中燃速丁羟固体推进剂性能的影响。研究结果表明,通过球形AP级配调整,采用1~#铝粉代替3~#铝粉,不仅降低了推进剂成本,保持了3~#铝粉推进剂的良好性能,而且使常温延伸率提高5%左右。

Abstract:The effects of aluminum powder 1~# and 3~# on properties of mediumburning rate HTPB propellant have been investigated. The results have shown that aftergradation adjustment of spherical aluminum powder, 1~# instead of 3~# can not only re- duce propellant cost, but also maintain good properties of propellant containing 3~#, soas to improve elongation at normal temperature by about 5%.
