| Abstract: | Based on a discussion of different views on TT&C management for communication constellations,this paper explores the feasibility to simplify heavy and complex tracking,instrumentation and control tasks required for ground TT&C management through autonomous satellite management and the new pseudo-random code spread spectrum system.Finally,an idea is proposed for TT&C management for communication constellation systems. |
