摘 要: | 研究了新型TMC-2复合材料的叶片小余量锻造工艺。结果表明,采用小余量锻造工艺研制的叶片锻件组织均匀,金属变形流线分布合理,因而,叶片的疲劳性能和抗腐蚀能力得到提高,同时,使用寿命得以延长。采用TMC-2复合材料研制的小余量叶片,在高温下具有优良的蠕变和热稳定性能。

Abstract: | Little allowance forging process of a new TMC-2 composite blade is studied.Investigation results show that blades forged by this process have uniform texture and good distribution of metal deformation streamline.Blade fatigue properties and corrosion resistance have been improved,and its life is increased accordingly.Moreover,TMC-2 composite blades forged by this process have fine creep properties and thermo stability under high temperature. |
