摘    要:对复合材料壳体与喷管的卡环连接结构进行了弹塑性大变形接触有限元理论分析模型的建立及有限元应力,应变数值分析。对复合材料壳体材料进行了等效正交各向异性轴对称材料模式分析;采用点点间隙单元,分析了卡环,接头及倒锥等多体接触问题。

Abstract:A large deformation and elastic-plastic analysis for solid rocket motor with locking ring struction is presented in the paper. The material of composite case is considered as orthotropic axi-symmetric one and the contacted problem of three bodies is solved by using point-point gap element. Based on the above analysis a set of testing advice was designed and the water pressure test done. Finally, the calculating results and result analysis are presented.
