全尺寸吸附式压气机部件试验技术刍议

摘    要:为了深入探讨吸附式压气机试验方法,简要介绍国内外吸附式压气机叶栅试验和全尺寸部件级试验研究现状和成果。通过解析大流量气体抽吸和大流量气体测量2项吸附式风扇/压气机试验关键技术,并结合已有吸附式叶栅试验成果,实现在现有压气机试验器上开展全尺寸吸附式压气机试验研究,并完成阶段试验。试验结果表明:增加真空泵组进行大流量气体抽吸,能够在现有压气机试验器上完成全尺寸吸附式风扇/压气机部件试验。为了提高试验效率、节省试验资源,针对全尺寸部件级吸附式压气机试验研究,给出进一步结合吸附式叶栅试验结果完成对比试验的建议。

Humble Opinion on Fully-Scaled Aspirated Compressor Test

Abstract:In order to further investigate the method of aspirated compressor test, both full-scaled aspirated compressor test and aspirated compressor cascades test at home and abroad were briefly presented. By analyzing two key technologies of aspirated compressor test, mass flow air''s aspiration and measurement, combined with the results of the aspirated compressor cascades test, full-scaled aspirated compressor test was studied on an existence compressor test rig, and a phase test was completed. Results show that it is feasible of carrying on full-scaled aspirated compressor test on an existence compressor test rig by adding vacuum pumps carrying on mass flow boundary layer suction. In order to improve the test efficiency and save resource, aiming at full-scaled aspirated compressor test, a proposal is provide on furlher contrast test combining with the results of the aspirated compressor cascades test.
