摘    要:通过分析某铝合金薄壁深孔零件在加工过程中存在的问题基础上,采用了拉镗拉铰加工内孔,再以轴向定位夹紧的方式加工外形的思路,该方法保证了零件加工精度,解决了该铝合金薄壁深孔零件的加工问题,完全满足生产实际需要,质量稳定可靠,可为类似零件加工提供参考。

Abstract:Based on analyzing the existing problems in the course of machining thin wall and deep hole parts in aluminum alloy,this paper introduces the methods of machining holes by pulling boring and pulling reaming and then machining profiles by axial positioning and clamping,which ensures precision and solves machining difficulties of deep hole parts in aluminum alloy.This methods can meet actual requirements.the part quality is stable.It can provide a reference for other part machining.
