摘    要:虚拟制造技术可以在产品设计阶段对产品的整个生命周期进行建模、仿真和优化,从而更加高效、经济、灵活地组织生产,达到了缩短产品研发周期、降低研发成本、优化产品质量和提高生产效率的目的。介绍了虚拟制造技术的含义、特点及国内外应用概况;综述了虚拟制造技术在航空制造业的应用,包括飞机虚拟设计、零件虚拟制造、部件虚拟装配和生产线规划等方面应用的成功案例,从而展示应用虚拟制造技术的意义;最后,总结了虚拟现实技术在飞机设计与制造过程中被广泛应用的发展现状,并且展望了虚拟制造技术的发展及应用前景。

Abstract:The virtual manufacturing technology (VMT) can be used to model, simulate and optimize the whole life cycle of a product in the stage of the product design, so that more efifcient, more economic and more lfexible production can be organized. Thus the goal for shortening the product development cycle, reducing the development costs, optimizing the product quality and improving the production efifciency can be achieved. This paper brielfy introduces the implication and characteristics of VMT and the situation of its applications. Then it reviews the applications of VMT in the aircraft manufacturing industry, which includes the successful cases of the virtual design of the aircraft theoretical surfaces and aerodynamics, the virtual manufacturing of the parts, the virtual assembly of the components and the virtual design of the production line, so that the signiifcance of the VMT applications is demonstrated. Finally, it gives the production for the fu-ture development and applications of VMT.
