RTM用高性能环氧树脂BA9914e及其复合材料的研制与性能研究

摘    要:制备了一种适用于RTM成型的环氧树脂体系BA9914e,对此环氧树脂体系的DSC特性、粘度特性和耐热性能等进行了研究;对BA9914e和国产碳纤维U-3160、CF3031经RTM工艺制备的复合材料性能进行了研究。结果表明:环氧树脂BA9914e具有良好的工艺性能和力学性能,适用于RTM整体成型;U-3160/BA9914e、CF3031/BA9914e复合材料力学性能优良。

Abstract:BA9914e epoxy resin system was prepared in this paper,and its properties of DSC,viscosity and heat resistant performance were studied;the composites U-3160/BA9914e and CF3031/BA9914e were also prepared with BA9914e and the domestic carbon fiber.The results show that BA9914e resin has good process performance,which is suitable for resin transfer molding,meanwhile U-3160/BA9914e and CF3031/BA9914e composites have the excellent mechanical performance.
