摘 要: | 介绍了一种前轮转弯控制系统,主要由转弯机构、控制器和位移传感器组成。转弯机构采用丝杠拨叉式传动方案,实现小型化、高负载的要求;控制器采用双冗余422总线通信设计方案,保证通信链路可靠性;通过采集线位移、角位移传感器两路反馈信号,实现位置闭环运算和前轮摆角实时监测。经地面及飞行试验验证,本系统各项指标均能满足要求。

Research on a Miniaturized and High Lode Nose Wheel Steering Servo System for Aircraft |

Abstract: | The nose wheel steering servo system was introduced. It is mainly composed of electromechanism actuator, controller and displacement sensor. The electromechanical actuator adopts the screw-slider-fork design to realize the requirement of miniaturization and high load. The controller adopts dual-redundancy 422 bus design to ensure the reliability of communication. The poison closed-loop operation and real-time monitoring of the angle were achieved by dual-position-feedback. Through the ground test and flight test, it verify the system can meet the requirement of the indicators. |
