摘    要:为了解在处理机匣作用下的压气机转子失速点流动,采用非定常模拟方法对跨声轴流压气机转子在带气室斜槽处理机匣情形下的流动进行了模拟研究,获得了高、低转速下的转子特性,并针对近失速点流场进行了分析.结果表明,在处理机匣的作用下,转子失速的主要产生原因与实壁情形不同.在失速点,处理机匣有效地抑制了叶尖泄漏流的负面作用,但由于不能更多地吸纳叶尖的低能流体,使得叶片吸力面附面层中向叶尖迁移的低流向动量流体堆积于叶尖吸力面尾缘处,形成严重的流动堵塞,从而导致转子叶尖失速.

Abstract:For investigating the stall of compressor with casing treatment, using the unsteady Relynold averaged numerical simulation method, numerical simulations of an axial transonic rotor with a axial skewed slot casing treatment with back plenum were carried out. Then, the rotor characteristics at high/low speed were gained, accordingly, the flow fields at near stall points were analyzed as well. It was found that the main responsibility of the inception of stall under the condition of casing treatment is different from the condition of the solid casing. At the operation point of stall, due to that the casing treatment could not absorb any more low energy fluid at blade tip, the fluid with little streamwise momentum was accumulated near the trailing edge of suction surface at blade tip, and a serious flow blockage was formed, the stall was finally triggered, even though the negative influence of the blade tip leakage flow was still suppressed effectively.
