摘    要:
针对某型温度测量探针在使用过程中的测量误差,对探针滞止罩进行了结构改型设计。为清晰认识改型滞止罩结构气动特性和后续改进方案效果,分别对面积比为2、4和8的改型滞止罩进行了稳态数值仿真,并从静温恢复系数、速度分布以及气流流场分布情况对其气动特性进行了分析。结果表明:改进型滞止罩结构在较大面积比下可以满足最初设计要求,且面积比为8.1的结构气动特性较好。

Abstract:
Aiming at the measurement errors of a temperature probe, the structure of the probe stagnation cover was improved. In order to analyze the aerodynamic characteristics of the improved stagnation covers and the effectiveness of the improved schemes, the improved stagnation covers with aera ratio 2, 4 and 8 were numerically simulated at steady conditions. The aerodynamic characteristics including static temperature recovery coefficient, velocity distribution and fluid distribution were analyzed. The results show that the improved stagnation covers can meet the initial design requirement on larger aera ratio, and the structure aerodynamic characteristic with aera ratio 8.1 is much better.
