| 摘 要： | 电子模块的可制造性（工艺性）设计对军用加固计算机电子模块的质量至关重要。从军用加固计算机模块可制造性设计入手,对计算机模块在可制造性设计技术控制方面进行了详细论述,并作为一种设计借鉴提出了组装流程中设计时应遵循的原则、板边工艺性设计、印制板的布局在可制造性中的要求。这些技术控制和方法的应用,可以降低军用加固计算机模块设计周期,能够达到质量稳定和生产效率更高的要求。

| Abstract: | This paper intrduct strengthening military computer module DFM,the technology and method to control DFM.As a reference design,put forward the assembly process to be followed in the design principles,pcb design side process,pcb layout in the DFM′S request.These technologies and methods of control to be application,vto reduce the design cycle compute module.To achieve the stability of quality,efficiency and higher requirements,design for manufacturing is essential.Will be on military computer module reinforced the quality the quality of the benefit. |
