运载火箭地面风载荷响应特性分析

摘    要:为了研究新一代运载火箭在垂直转运与垂直发射过程中所受地面风载荷的影响问题,针对地面风载荷产生的复杂原因,将其按产生原因和主要影响方向分为四种:阻力方向平均风载荷、阻力方向脉动风载荷、升力方向脉动风载荷和升力方向脱落涡载荷。利用MSC.Patran/Nastran软件的随机分析模块分析运载火箭在四种地面风载荷作用下的响应特性,得到运载火箭在参考风速为4~20m/s下的位移响应。结果表明:四种风载荷位移响应均随参考风速的增加而增大,并且随着参考风速的增加,脱落涡载荷对火箭位移响应的影响最为显著。

Abstract:The paper described a work that forced on the analysis the ground wind acting on the new generation launch vehicle during the vertical state. The ground wind load acting on the launch vehicle was divided into four different ground wind loads according to the causes of wind load and the effects of directions. In order to obtain the response of launch vehicle under the effects of ground wind loads, the random analysis function of MSC.Patran/Nastran was used to describe the launch vehicle 's displacement response when the ground wind speed is at 4~20m/s. The results indicated that the launch vehicle's displacement response increases with the incensement of ground wind speed. and the shedding vortex load becomes the dominant reason that result in the carrier rocket's displacement response with the increase of ground wind speed.
