摘    要:本文以卫星地面供配电测试阶段的母线电压及二次电源电压测量为背景,设计了多通道隔离电压采集板卡。首先归纳总结了卫星母线电压、二次电源电压及遥测指令信号典型接口电路,分析了以上几种电路的输出阻抗特点,然后设计了合理的隔离电路及测量电路,最后提出基于成熟的CPCI总线架构的模块化板卡方案实现测试设备的通用化设计及隔离性验证方法;经实际产品研制和系统测试,该板卡能够满足供配电地面测试设备对多通道隔离电压的采集需求。

Abstract:This paper designs a multi-channel isolation voltage acquisition board based on the bus voltage and the secondary power supply voltage measurement in the test stage of satellite ground power supply and distribution.First briefly introduced the satellite bus voltage,the secondary power supply voltage and telemetry command signal is a typical interface card scheme based on mature CPCI-bus architecture to realize the generalized design of test equipment.Through the development practical products and system testing,the board can meet the requirements of multi-channel isolation voltage acquisition for power supply and distribution ground test equipment.
