陀螺组件结构动态特性分析和减振设计

摘    要:针对惯性姿态敏感器陀螺组件结构设计中出现的随机振动响应量级过大的问题进行分析研究.建立了陀螺组件结构的动力学模型,通过安装金属橡胶减振器并在结构中合理布置高阻尼比的阻尼材料综合解决陀螺头部振动响应过大的问题.对结构设计方案进行数值仿真和振动试验,结果表明,金属橡胶减振器和约束阻尼结构的应用能有效降低陀螺头部的高频响应,保证了陀螺仪在发射段环境条件下的可靠性.

Abstract:The problem of the random response of a certain type of inertial attitude sensor in the structural design of the gyro component is analyzed. The dynamic model of the structure of the gyroscope is established. The vibration response of the top head is solved by installing the metal rubber shock absorber and reasonably arranging the damping material with damping ratio in the structure. The results of vibration test and numerical simulation show that, the application of metal rubber damper and damping structure can significantly reduce the response of gyro under the environmental conditions of high frequency random vibration, and can improve the reliability of the gyro during the launch stage.
