飞行器动态疲劳试验加载方法的研究

摘    要:飞行器动态疲劳试验是在全尺寸后机身状态下进行的多点激振与多点静载联合加载的力学环境模拟试验,属于多种环境联合加载试验技术,其中静载为空气弹簧加载形式,振动载荷为电磁激振模式,针对飞行器动态疲劳试验静载加载过程的特点,介绍了一种采用空气弹簧来实现静载加载的系统设计方法,为飞行器可靠性考核提供手段。

Abstract:Dynamic fatigue test, making use of multi-point excitation and multi-joint load in the state of full-size, is the mechanical environment simulation test. It is classified the loading test technology in wide range of environment. Static is loading used by the air spring, and the vibration used by electromagnetic vibration table. In this paper, we make aircraft as an example, introduceing how to design the static loading system.
