摘    要:为了研制UDMH/NTO双组元凝胶推力器,利用理论分析、数值模拟及试验等手段对凝胶流变特性进行了初步研究;根据凝胶流变特性试验数据,利用最小二乘法拟合获得了凝胶流变特性参数;利用数值模拟研究了锥形流道锥角变化对凝胶流变特性的影响;设计了双组元凝胶推力器试验样机并完成了流量特性试验及热试车.结果表明,试验用UDMH/NTO两种凝胶推进剂流变特性较为接近;对于UDMH/NTO凝胶推进剂,通过数值模拟结果确定了最佳的锥角角度,可使凝胶平均表观粘度到达喷孔出口时降到最低;试验样机喷注器的流量特性数值模拟结果与试验值接近,说明该喷注器适合于凝胶的流动及雾化;热试车取得成功,获得了稳态、脉冲室压及结构温度等有效数据.

Abstract:For the development of UDMtYNTO bipropellant gelled thruster, theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental methods are used to investigate the gelled rheologicalcharacteristics. According to the experimental results of the gelled rheological characteristics, theparameters of the gelled rheological characteristics were deduced by the least squares fit. Theinfluence of the cone passageway's taper angle on the rheological characteristics was analyzed bymeans of numerical simulation. An experimental bipropellant gelled thruster was designed and its hottest of flow property was finished. The experimental results show that the rheological characteristicsof the two propellants are similar. As for UDMH/NTO gelled propellant; the optimal cone angle wasconfirmed, which can make the average apparent viscosity of the gelled at its outlet to reach tominimum. The simulation results of the flow characteristics of the experimental injector are closer tothe experimental results, which show the injector is suitable for flow and atomization of the gelled.Parameters such as performance and temperature were obtained from the successful hot test.
