| Abstract: | Management Buy-outs(MBO) is an advanced merger way that prevailed in the western countries . In China,as a way to improve property rights structure,cut down agential cost and encourage the enthusiasm of supervisor,Management Buy-outs(MBO) is arousing extensive attention in academy and entrepreneur group.By analyzing the differences of MBO in China and the west,the paper points out that there are many aspects should be improved if we want to implement MBO in China. |
