| 摘 要： | 真空热处理是金属材料热处理领域的新技术。本文将30CrMnSiA钢采用真空炉、空气炉、盐溶炉热处理，对其组织性能进行对比分析。结果表明:30CrMnSiA钢经过真空热处理，其综合力学性能尤其是弯曲疲劳强度大幅度提高。

| Abstract: | Vacuum heat treatment is the new technique in the heat treatment of metallic material.In this paper,30CrMnSiA steel is heat-treated in the vacuum furnace,air furnace and salt bath,its microstructure and properties are analyzed.The result shows that the comprehensive mechanical properties especialy the fatigue strength of 30CrMnSiA steel are enhanced considerably after it is heate-treaed in the vacuum furnace. |
