摘    要:作为传递装置,导管在各种机械系统中有着广泛的应用。通过对导管模型进行适当的精细化与简化,得到满足工程计算要求的高效的有限元模型;基于模态分析得到导管的动力特性,并通过实验进行验证;通过大量同类型导管的模态实验,得到导管的模态阻尼比随频率变化关系,为动力响应分析提供重要数据;基于随机振动分析,得到导管的均方根应力,该结果与实验结果吻合良好,验证了整个计算流程的有效性。

Abstract:As a transfer device, catheter has extensively applied in various mechanical systems. In this paper, the catheter modal has been appropriately refined and simplified, and finally the efficient finite element model is obtained in order to satisfy the engineering calculation. Based on the modal analysis, the dynamic character of the catheter is calculated and passes through the experimental verification. The relationship between catheter’s modal damping ratio and frequency is obtained through a lot of modal experiments, which is very important data for dynamic response analysis. Random vibration analysis is performed to get the catheter’s RMS stress. The results are agreed with the experiment data, which verify the effectiveness of the whole calculation process.
