火箭动力学建模中固体发动机混合梁模型研究

摘    要:提出了固体火箭发动机混合梁模型建模方法,分别建立了固体火箭发动机三维模型、双梁模型和混合梁模型。考虑了推进剂的粘弹性效应,采用复频变模量模型描述推进剂,对三种模型进行了直接频响分析。以三维模型计算结果为标准,对比了混合梁模型和双梁模型的频响曲线,固体火箭发动机混合梁模型与三维模型频响曲线基本一致,而双梁模型与三维模型频响曲线差别较大,证明了与双梁模型相比用混合梁模型模拟固体火箭发动机是更准确的。

Abstract:This paper presents the composite beam modeling method of SPR motor. Three different finite element models of solid propellant rocket motor (SPRM) are established, including: double beam model, composite beam model and three-dimensional model. The frequency response analyses of the three different models are performed, which has taken the viscoelastic property of propellant into account and using complex frequency-dependent modeling describe the propellant. The frequency response curve of double beam model and composite beam model are compared with the three-dimensional model’s separately. It is indicated that the frequency response curve of composite beam model is more close to three-dimensional model than double beam model. It proved that composite beam model is more exact than double beam model when model SPRM.
