摘    要:为提高遥控指令锁定电路的可靠性与安全性,结合卫星产品的研制流程与技术特性,提出一种卫星关键电路的可靠性分析流程。针对某型号遥控指令锁定电路在温度环境试验中的不稳定问题,定量分析了不同参数条件下的电路稳定性,利用电路重要参数的设计裕度范围确定了最佳的电路设计参数,保证了电路在可接受的最差应用条件下至少有67%的安全裕度。实际最坏情况下的试验表明,电路的各项参数与设计的容差范围一致,可靠性和安全性得到充分保证。

Abstract:To improve the reliability and the safety of the telecommand lock circuit, in view of the development process and technical characteristics of the satellite products, a procedure of reliability analysis for the satellite key circuit is proposed to resolve the problem of instability when the lock circuit is in the temperature environmental test. The stability of the circuit parameters is analyzed quantitatively under different conditions, the design margin of the circuit''s important parameters is used to determine the optimum design, at least 67% of the margin under the acceptable worst conditions of application is ensured. It shows that the parameter''s tolerance range is consistent with the design under the actual worst case, so the reliability and the safety of the telecommand lock circuit are fully guaranteed.
