摘    要:针对火炮试验鉴定过程中,测试指标多,测试设备散,系统性能评价不够,通用化测试能力不强的问题,开展了火炮综合测试技术和系统效能评估技术研究.在总结火炮测试指标体系的基础上,提出了火炮综合测试系统组成架构;在分析火炮系统性能和测试参数影响关系基础上,归纳提出火炮效能评价指标体系,对效能量化评估方法进行了探讨;并在以上2个方面研究基础上,开展了火炮综合测试构建技术的研究,提出基于试验信息网络的、集综合测试和效能评估于一体的综合测试平台总体设想.该研究对火炮的试验鉴定和测试系统的综合论证具有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:Comprehensive test technology and system effectiveness evaluation technology are studied for artillery sys- tems in the backdrop of numerous test indexes and dispersive test equipment and to make up for inadequate system performance evaluation and poor generic test capability in artillery tests and validation. Architecture of the compre hensive test system is presented following a summary of artillery test index system. An artillery effectiveness evalua- tion index system is conceived based on analysis of the relationship of impact between artillery system performance and test parameters, and quantitative effectiveness evaluation methods are discussed. Based on the two aspects, con- struction of comprehensive artillery tests is studied, and a test bench concept integrating comprehensive tests and ef- fectiveness evaluation and built on test information network is proposed. The results shed light on artillery test and validation and demonstration of test systems.
