摘    要:近年来随着科技的发展和自动化程度的日益提高,静电的应用、静电的危害及防止等已引起人们的关注,对于静电的研究迅速开展起来.我们设计了一种新型静电传感器,在此基础上研制了一种智能化便携式静电测量仪,着重讨论了其程序设计并就被测量正负判别提出了一种通用的简便有效的方法.实测结果表明该设计是有效的.

Abstract:Along with the development of technology, Electro static harm has more and more in fluence on daily manufacture and life of people of recent years. At the same time these harms also bring to international attention. Therefor, the research of electro static harm is rapidly developed. We designed a kind of new electro static sensor. Based on it, an intelligent portable electro static meter is manufactured. Besides, we focused discussing on the programming and pressented an effective method distinguishing from positive or negative of measurand. The result of experiment shows that this design is effective.
