摘    要:严格按照ASTM standard E647-93,对16MnR钢进行了21试件的紧凑拉伸试验,为了描述疲劳裂纹扩展统计特性规律,采用两个随机变量Paris公工描述疲劳裂纹扩展统计特性的方法,为了疲劳统计特性评估,采用了含双随机变量的Paris公式,二阶矩解法,与试验结果比较说明,所用方法的合理性。

Abstract:Twenty one replicate constant amplitude crack propagation tests were conducted on 16MnR,strictly following ASTM standard E647 93.Two random variables are introduced into the Paris growth law.The coefficients of the Paris growth law are considered random variables.And random fatigue crack growth law model is presented.Based on two random variables method and a second moment approximation,a simple fatigue statistic analysis method is presented for practical applications.The analysis method can be implemented easily in practical engineering applications.The reasonableness and accuracy of the method presented are demonstrated using numerical analysis results and experimental data.
