摘    要:技术状态管理的依据是技术状态基线。基线代表在关键里程碑节点上经过批准的要求和设计状态,通过一组基线文件描述。技术状态控制是对基线演化和更改的控制。技术状态管理使得系统研制能够循序渐进,保证设计对要求的可跟踪性,更改受控,以及产品与相关文件的一致性。3种最常用的基线是功能基线、分配基线和产品基线。功能基线描述系统级要求,分配基线描述系统子项的设计要求,产品基线描述产品的物理细节。

Abstract:Configuration management is performed on configuration baselines.Baselines represent the approved requirements and design status at key milestones.The baselines are described by configuration documentation.Configuration control is the process for controlling the evolution and change of agreed baselines.Configuration management permits the progressive development of a system,and ensures that the designs are traceable to requirements,that the change is controlled,and that the product and its supporting documentation are consistent.Three commonly used baselines are referred to as functional baseline,allocated baseline and product baseline.Functional baseline describes system level requirements.Allocated baseline describes design requirements for items below system level.Product baseline describes product physical detail.
