| 摘 要： | 通过对模块化柔性工装现状和钣金零件的工艺分析,结合钣金零件曲面复杂、易变形等特点,提出了一种用于钣金零件切割用的柔性夹具。利用一种具有定位功能随动负压吸盘的点阵分布,对钣金零件在标准夹具上进行6点定位和超6点定位。同时对柔性标准夹具进行模块化组合,满足不同尺寸钣金零件的装夹要求,解决了飞机和汽车生产中钣金零件制造的瓶颈。 |

| Abstract: | According to the craft analysis of modularity and flexibility jig situation and the sheet metal parts demand which are complex and labile in the curve,the author tries to create a kind of flexibile fixture which is used to cut metal sheet parts.The lattice of the vacuum suction,which is of location function,able to allocate sheet metal six-points and super-six-points on the standard fixture.At the same time,able to modularize the flexible standard fixture and meet different positioning demand of sheet metal... |
