| 摘 要： | 捷联惯组生产相对大批量生产制造型企业具有多品种、小批量，生产过程变动大，生产效率低，质量稳定性差等特点，本文针对捷联惯组的生产特点，通过寻找生产过程中的共同特征，分析如何利用统计技术对捷联惯组的生产过程进行监控和管理。

| Abstract: | Oppositing to the mass production,the production of SIMU has many features such as : multi-variety ,small bach production, great changes in producing process,low producing efficiency,bad quality stability,etc. This article aims at these features , by finding the common characteristics in producing process, analyzes how to monitor and manage the SIMU producing process by using statistic technic. |
