超声悬浮陀螺仪技术

摘    要:本文分析了机械式高精度陀螺仪的悬浮支撑方式,和静电悬浮相比,超声悬浮支承力大,陀螺容易实现较高的角动量,并且超声悬浮技术没有静电击穿的问题,工艺实现要求低,可靠性高。在此基础上重点探讨了超声悬浮陀螺的机理、可实现性和关键技术,提出研制超声悬浮陀螺具有重要的工程应用价值。

Abstract:Supporting technique of the mechanical high precision gyroscope are analysed in this paper. Ultrasonic suspending supporting force is greater than the mode of electrostatic suspending, which can perform higher angular momentum. Ultrasonic suspending technique has no electrostatic hazard, lower technical require and higher reliability. The mechanism and feasibility of ultrasonic suspending gyroscope is expatiated, also including its key techniques and significance.
