摘    要:本文对硅薄片转子调谐式陀螺仪的相关电路进行了研究。给出了整体框图,并结合具体电路对主要模块进行了分析。在一个陀螺敏感方向上进行了实验,绘制了陀螺输出特性曲线。验证了电路的可行性,为进一步改进电路提供了经验和依据。

Abstract:This paper researches on a circuit for thin silicon rotor turned gyroscope(SRTG). A overall block is given, and main modules are analyzed by combining with the specific circuits. Experiments are done on one sensitive direction of SRTG, and draws the curve. The feasibility of the circuit is verified, the experiences and the basis are provided for further research.
