重整制氢反应器的种类和研制进展

摘    要:介绍了重整制氢的方法和重整制氢反应器的种类及其特点.重整制氢的方法有3种:水蒸汽重整、部分氧化重整、自热重整.重整制氢反应器有3种:管式反应器、板式反应器和微通道反应器.管式反应器结构简单;板式反应器易于拆装和扩大规模,并且传热效率高,其研究受到了广泛关注;微通道反应器在传热、恒温等性能方面的表现明显优于管式反应器和板式反应器,有较好的发展前景.

Abstract:The methods of reforming hydrogen and the characteristics of various reactors for reforming hydrogen are reviewed.There are three kinds of methods of reforming hydrogen.They are steam reforming,partial oxidation reforming and autothermal reforming.There are three kinds of reactors for reforming hydrogen.They are tubal reactor,plate reactor and microchannel reactor.The configuration of tubal reactors is simple.Plate reactors are easier to disassemble,assemble and scale up.Furthermore,its thermal efficiency is very high.The research on it attracts more and more attention.The characters of microchannel reactors on diathermancy,constant temperature and so on are obvious better than tubal reactors and plate reactors.It has better prospects.
