摘    要:采用有限差分法分析了陶瓷瓦在烧结过程中的温度均匀性,计算结果表明:采用基本模型在烧结过程中温度分布不均匀,与实验结果相符;采用改进模型重新计算,结果显示陶瓷瓦在烧结过程中温度均匀性得到显著改善,进而提出实验修改方案。

Abstract:Temperature distribution of ceramic tiles during sintering is analysed by finite differential approach,it is shown that big temperature difference is obtained as long as a basic model is employed,which is in accordance with the experimental results.Quite uniform temperature can be reached when a modified model is introduced.Suggestions on sintering process are given at the final section of the paper.
