摘    要:针对滑块运动容易引起系统抖动,以及惯性主轴偏移引起系统耦合严重等问题,基于达朗伯原理对变质心飞行器结构布局进行了设计。其特点是:以主动控制力、约束反力这两种内力替换滑块受到的惯性力,代入弹体、滑块动力学模型中,并依靠内力、过载等物理量设计系统布局参数。布局设计后特点是两滑块运动通道分别重合于弹体惯性主轴方向,通过与典型布局模型相比较,显示了所提出的布局结构可保证系统具有良好的动态品质。

Abstract:Layout design method based on D'Alembert principle is proposed in this paper,trying to solve the system vibration problem caused by moving-mass,as well as system coupling problem caused by principal axis misalignment.Feature is: dynamic models for rigid body and moving-mass by local approach are established,and system layout parameters are designed based on physical variables like internal force and overload.Typical layout for reentry vehicle with three moving-mass was used as research object,layout model with two horizontal moving-mass was established after the design process,and the moving channels of the two horizontal moving-mass were superposed with the horizontal inertia axis of the rigid body,the dynamic quality of the system before and after layout were also compared through theoretical analysis and mathematical simulation.
